Advance Pre-season Wrestling Practice

Description:

Practice will consist of advanced moves, intense drilling, and wrestling strategy. Practices are meant to prep and teach your wrestler the speed and flow of proper wrestling practice and will push them physically.

Must have wrestled for 2 years. Wrestlers must come ready to work and stay focused. The coach has the right to send a wrestler home if a wrestler is not participating or being a distraction. Only serious wrestlers wanted.
