Description:

This group will be introduced to the basic moves and concepts of wrestling. We will spend some time playing fun games that are specific to the development of their agility, mat awareness, and strength. Our games are designed so they can become better athletes while having fun. Wrestlers (and parents) that feel they are ready will be invited to participate in their first wrestling tournament in the comfort of NRHS. All wrestlers will be invited to join us at no additional cost to extra events. All Wrestlers will be given a New Richmond Wrestling Shirt.

Bring to Class:

Shoes - no barefeet allowed!
