Looking for some accountability in your running? Recently run your first 5k and looking to do a 10k? Second steps is an 8 week class that will keep you running strong through the fall. Running is meant to be enjoyed year round, not just spring and summer. This running class is a great training program if you have taken First Steps in previous years. We will also be going to several local parks in the area to experience more trail running: Willow River State Park, Glen Hills & Perch LakeOption to sign up for Chocoholic Frolic that we will do as a class. Price does not include race.
